First Haircut

Gracie had her first professional haircut today! It took a week of coaxing, the promise of a Wendy's frosty, and playtime at the mall afterwards, but we got-r-done!! She was a trooper. I can't believe we're at this stage already. Next is the dentist...it's gonna take a lot more than a frosty.

8 seconds!

I had a chance to ride a mechanical bull at the Air Force annual we attended over the weekend. Vic gladly documented my graceful ride! I lasted 8 seconds which was good enough for me...

getting on was easy...




getting jerked around made me laugh....

throwing my hand up helped a little...

and then my time was up!!

Family Session

Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year. I love the smells, colors and the beautiful golden sunlight. I was so excited when M asked if we could do their session in their backyard with the rolling farm fields as our backdrop. They don't know it yet, but when the winter-cabin-fever-blues set in, I'm going to their house! Hahaha! They have THEE best view out their living room windows.

Photo Necklaces

My poor attempt at product photography doesn't do this necklace justice. I'm so thrilled with the final product and have been receiving compliments on it all week. I chose one of my recent favorite images of Gracie.

What I've been up to!

Sorry ya'll....I've been slacking on my blog lately but not in other areas! I'm getting ready to launch some updates to my website and you might have noticed I changed my logo. I wanted something more clean and simple to reflect my style. I love the new font and style. do you?

I'm also in the process of updating my blog so the pictures are larger and there's no text along the sides. this information can be found at the very bottom of the page if you are used to finding old posts that way! Bare with me, I'm still tweaking little things here and there.
